1) Where is my order confirmation email?

Sometimes it happens that our automated purchase confirmations land in your spam folder. Please check the spam folder before reaching out via email contact page. Please do add our website/domain “” to your email safe list to avoid such issues.

2) Where can I buy your products?

In addition to direct purchase on our website we are also on Amazon UK together with some of our products on Amazon US, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. You can also find us on Ebay (UK) as well as Etsy.


3) Can you gift wrap my items?

Yes at an additional cost on some listings and only when shown on options before purchase in addition to some of our listings on Amazon, Ebay and Etsy. Please do note on our part we package all of our products with an emphasis on making sure that the item arrives safely and hence use of corrugated cardboard boxes with polystyrene inserts noting we use organza bags as part of presentation.


4) Do you ship over seas?

Yes with an additional shipping cost noting we only send using “International Tracked & Signed”.


5) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For the UK we use first class postage and therefore in most cases it is next day delivery and for International it is typically 5 to 7 days.


6) How are the products packaged for delivery?

On our part we package all items securely using high quality materials to ensure our jars arrive safely. We check our packaging against various drop tests to ensure that they can handle postal handling.


7) What if my order arrives damaged?

We provide a money back guarantee or replace of item. Please reach out via our contact form with providing your order details and your issue. We aim to get back to you within one working day.


8) Do you provide any bespoke services?

We are in the process of introducing bespoke services on our listings. Also feel free to contact us should you have any ideas which you would like us to provide you.


9) Do we need to write the quotes on the scrolls?

Most of our products have quotes printed on the scrolls as shown in the product photos. If you are not sure please refer to the product photos or get in touch with us with your question.


10) Do you have a retail location?

No and further no current plans to set one up. We may consider providing to retail locations but we’re far from being in that situation. Our current focus is on e-commerce platforms.


11) Can I place an order by telephone?

No as we simply do not have the resourcing capacity. All orders can be done on our website or on Amazon, Ebay and Etsy.
